Always pH-neutral, non-acidic cleaners. Steam used only where safe. No vinegar, citrus, or harsh chemicals. -
Glass, Fine Metals (unlacquered brass, nickel, stainless steel), Appliances and Fixtures: Non residue protocols including microfiber and product-free polishing. No abrasives.

Premium Woods & Veneers
Controlled moisture techniques with lint-free cloths. Default method for wood surfaces is a soft damp cloth. For clients that prefer conditioning we offer 100% pure jojoba oil upon request.

At the same time, we’re mindful that synthetic fibers can shed microplastics during laundering. To protect the planet as much as we protect your home, we wash all microfiber textiles inside Guppyfriend® washing bags, which significantly reduce microplastic pollution entering waterways.
This way, every step of our process, from what touches your counters to how we launder our tools, reflects our commitment to health, safety, and environmental care.

While no washing solution can stop microfiber release entirely, this is one of the most effective options available.
